Quietly located on a 17-hectare estate, Sublime Comporta encapsulates the magic of the region - white beaches, cork trees, dunes, and organic gardens. - The rooms, suites, and villas are distributed across several buildings adding to the intimacy of the hotel. * The hotel has 23 rooms and suites and 22 – two to five-bedroom cabana-style villas. Each villa has a private pool, a fireplace, several terraces, and large outdoor areas.
- Among the many amenities available for all guests to enjoy are: a spa with a steam bath and sauna, 3 restaurants (2 seasonal), 4 pools (including one indoor heated pool and one children's pool), a gym, a yoga pavilion, tennis and paddle courts, an organic garden, a forest garden and an orchard.
Sublime Spa
- Set in the main building, the spa comes with a heated pool, sauna, and steam bath. Massages are offered.
Yoga
- Located in the Owner’s Building is a separate room that can be used for yoga and pilates. Here guests can enjoy private practice or group classes. Another option is the hotel’s outdoor Yoga Pavilion.
Wine & Dine
Sem Porta: A seasonal cuisine. The Chef uses regional products and works with local fishermen and wineries to reinvent typical Portuguese and Alentejo dishes.
Food Circle: In the middle of the Organic Garden you will find the Food Circle – Sublime Comporta’s outdoor “farm-to-table” restaurant, inspired by the principles of permaculture. With a menu based on sustainable production and with fire playing a leading role in the cooking process, people can enjoy an unforgettable experience in direct contact with the chefs and the earth, dining under the stars and surrounded by the aromas of the garden.
Lobby Bar: The hotel’s bar is open every day until the evening, serving a large variety of cocktails custom-made to individual tastes.
Pool Bar: Lighter meals and refreshing cocktails in a relaxed Comporta-style atmosphere.

- The menu has classic Mediterranean summer fare: grilled local fish, seafood linguine and grilled meats, great local and international wines, and cocktails.
- A restaurant with a simple and relaxed atmosphere, framed by the Beach and stunning ocean views. Sal offers the best fresh fish and other typical local flavors. The outdoor terrace makes up the perfect setting for lunch at the beach.
