Wine & Dine

  • Masseria Moroseta is authentic hospitality, combined with a project of a farm on a human scale. Hospitality means sharing experiences, among which the kitchen plays a central role: food can unite people beyond all distinctions, exciting everyone with authentic flavors. Their olive trees, vegetable gardens, orchards, and small chicken coop provide them with fresh produce every day, which varies depending on the season. They accompany them with a selection of the best raw materials, privileging fresh local, organic, and seasonal products.
Their cuisine is based on the knowledge of the Mediterranean tradition and enriches itself with perfumes, techniques, and suggestions coming from their travels around the world.
From this comes the desire to overcome the traditional schemes, favoring creativity and research. For this reason, there is no menu, as they ask their guests to trust them, letting themselves be guided by their chef, Giorgia Eugenia Goggi, on a gastronomic journey.

Cooking Class

  • An authentic full immersion in the cuisine of the Masseria, the cooking class is an experience that includes the preparation and tasting of a complete menu in "Moroseta" style, from appetizers to desserts. They are inspired by the Apulian and Mediterranean traditions, leaving ample room for contamination and creativity. They use exclusively organic and local raw materials, having a garden with vegetables and aromatic herbs, fruit trees, and an olive grove.

Sustainability

  • The Masseria is first of all a farm surrounded by nature, it is wrapped among both young and secular olive trees, trees from which they get organic extra virgin olive oil. An oil capable of teaching them to love the flavors of our territory, their history, and their work.
  • Since the vegetable element is at the center of their culinary experimentation, they have considered it fundamental to dedicate a part of their land to the biodynamic cultivation of vegetables and aromatic plants, privileging ancient and autochthonous cultivars.
