Masseria Calderisi
At Masseria Calderisi, the luxury of simplicity is elevated to an art form. Set on the edge of the vibrant coastal life of Savelletri, this revitalized 17th-century farmhouse is wrapped in 24 acres of ancient olive groves, citrus orchards, and fragrant herb gardens. It is a place where the spirit of the old country estate—exuberant, proud, and welcoming—meets a contemporary, curated aesthetic. Whether you are retreating behind lime-washed stone walls or heading to the hotel's private beach club, Calderisi offers a quintessential Puglian escape that feels both historic and remarkably fresh.

Facilities
The Masseria features 24 airy rooms and suites, each a masterclass in Mediterranean minimalism.
The Interiors: Expect vaulted stone ceilings, cool stone floors, and a mix of traditional materials with modern Italian design. Most rooms feature private gardens or terraces.
The Suite Life: Our favorite remains the Tower Suite, located in the historic 1658 tower. It features a grand fireplace and a vast roof terrace with panoramic views of the olive groves stretching toward the Adriatic.
In-Room Luxuries: Aēsop amenities, Marshall speakers, Nespresso machines, and hand-woven beach bags for your coastal excursions.
Wellness & Activities
The Spa & Yoga: A boutique onsite spa offers holistic treatments using local essential oils. Start your morning with complimentary yoga in the olive groves or on the roof terrace as the sun rises.
The Farm Life: Visit the estate’s resident rescue donkeys or join a Pizza Cooking Class at the ancient stone oven, using vegetables picked directly from the garden.
Exploring: Complimentary bicycles are provided to explore the neighboring farms and the scenic coastal paths of Savelletri.
Wine & Dine
La Corte: The heart of the Masseria, where tables are set under a pergola-shaded piazza. The menu is a "farm-to-fork" tribute to Puglia, featuring organic beef from the property, fresh mozzarella from local dairies, and seafood from the morning’s catch.
Gioia Pool Bar: Surrounded by orange trees, it’s the spot for a chilled lunch of pizzas and light Italian salads.
Apero Terrace: As the evening cool sets in, retreat to the candlelit terrace for Negronis and the sound of cicadas.

Local Guide
Calderisi Beach
Located just a few kilometers away (via a complimentary 10-minute shuttle), the hotel’s private beach club is a secluded strip of sand with exclusive sunbeds, a dedicated drinks service, and a stunning pool. It’s the perfect antidote to the crowded public lidos of the region.
Pizza Cooking Classes
Join Pietro, their head chef, for a pizza cooking class at the material’s ancient stone oven. Pietro will help you pick fresh vegetables and herbs from the material’s gardens, and show you how to use his homemade dough to craft your base. Cook your pizza in the wood-fired oven, and enjoy your creations, crispy and bubbling, on a dining table set up on the piazza outside.
Explore
The Masseria is located between Fasano and Savelletri. Only a few minute's drive to the coast and the typical Apulian beaches and restaurants.
Hop on one of their complimentary bicycles for a ride through the olive groves across their eight-hectare estate, or head out to explore the neighboring farms and villages of the countryside.
