Sebastian Schoellgen

A keen traveller from a young age, Sebastian grew up exploring new places and developing an encyclopaedic knowledge of the best destinations and insider tips. After pursuing his love of travel and working in major hotel chains such as the Ritz Carlton and Rocco Forte, Sebastian decided to share his in-depth knowledge and created 84 Rooms.
Aiming to bring smaller, privately run and lesser-known hotels to the forefront, 84 Rooms not only enables people to book recommended rooms from the range of curated hotels and properties available, it advises them on the best time of year to visit, the best rooms, and the best activities and places to eat. Such has been the success of 84 Rooms the platform has produced a number of coffee table books in cooperation with the renowned teNeues Publishing Group and Phaidon Press to showcase a hand-picked collection of luxury boutique hotels in the most desirable destinations.

Lauren is the Founder of Make_Better Venture Studio and is the fractional Strategy Director of 84 Rooms. A former marketing executive, she honed her skills at Bergdorf Goodman and then brought her experience to the realm of start-ups, working at high-growth brands from The Wing (hospitality), to Bumble, to Spring Place (hospitality).
Her expertise sits in the intersection of strategic partnerships, luxury and hospitality, brand building, social impact and sustainability, and 360 marketing growth strategies.
She provides business strategy, and guest editorial content related to restaurant and food reviews, sustainable hotels, and eco-tourism.
Anastasia Antonopoulou

A Malibu, California native, Brittany's love affair with all things travel began at Georgetown University, where she took several opportunities to study abroad, eating her way through Hong Kong, Italy and the UK. Post university, she attended Le Cordon Bleu and spent time working on the line at some of the nation's finest establishments including the 3 Michelin star Le Bernardin in New York. She's been sharing her love of travel and cuisine through the written word for over 10 years and has covered some of the finest properties in the world from the Caribbean, Europe, North America, Asia and the South Pacific.
