The Space
- The villa has been built following centuries-old building methodologies and using only local materials to valorize the Apulian vernacular, with a keen eye on modern techniques to help reduce the ecological blueprints. The estate is composed of the most typical Apulian buildings: Trulli with Lamia. In these minimalistic spaces, thought and tailored by local artisans with the clear intent to value clean lines and traditional architectural elements, two luminous and cozy double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and two dining areas, one internal and the other external, live together in perfect harmony. The Lamia is a smaller building with a private bathroom perfect for two guests.
- The estate offers a private open pool equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and bathroom, a patio with an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a wood fire oven, a dining table, and a relaxing area.
